利奈唑胺治疗神经系统重症合并革兰阳性菌感染患者10例临床分析

目的初步评价利奈唑胺注射液治疗神经系统重症合并革兰阳性菌感染性疾病的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析和总结2009年8—12月,重症医学科收治的10例神经系统重症合并革兰阳性菌感染性疾病患者的情况。结果 10例患者均检出G^＋菌株,使用或换用利奈唑胺治疗。10例患者在治疗3～5 d后,感染症状均得到明显缓解。4例肺部感染患者体温明显下降,症状、体征明显改善;3例皮肤软组织感染患者中,2例损伤缓解,1例转入普通病房;3例颅内感染患者脑脊液性状均明显好转,2例头痛减轻。10例均未见明显不良反应。结论利奈唑胺可有效治疗神经系统重症合并革兰阳性菌感染性疾病,患者临床症状缓解情况良好,疗效明确。

Clinical analysis of linezolid on treatment of 10 patients of severe nervous system disease with Gram positive bacterial infection

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of linezolid injection treatment for the patients of severe nervous system diseases with Gram positive bacterial infection.Methods Ten patients of severe nervous system diseases with Gram positive bacterial infection from August to December 2009 were enrolled.Results All the patients were cultivated with Gram positive strains.After 3～5 days treatment with linezolid,the symptoms of inflammation in all patients were obviously relieved.Four cases with pulmonary infection were improved with symptoms and signs;2 of 3 cases with skin and soft tissue infection was relieved and 1 cases was transfered to general ward;3 cases with intracranial infection improved with cerebrospinal fluid and 2 cases relieved with headache.No adverse events were found from these patients.Conclusion It suggested that linezolid was effective for the treatment of severe nervous system disease with Gram positive bacterial infectious.
