2006—2008年我院口服降糖药物的应用分析

目的：分析我院口服降糖药物的使用情况及趋势。方法：以销售金额、用药频度、日均费用、排序比等为指标，对我院2006—2008年口服降糖药物使用情况进行统计分析。结果：38．3年来我院在口服降血糖药品使用上有些波动，总体应用上基本合理。我院主要使用的品种有阿卡波糖、罗格列酮、格列喹酮、格列美脲和二甲双胍等，临床应注意考虑降低费用和加强合理用药监测。结论：经济、合理的选用口服降糖药，有助于控制血糖和提高患者的生活质量。

Analysis of Utilization of Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs in Our Hospital from 2006 to 2008

Objective： To analyze the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital and provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods： We analyzed the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs based on consumption sum and order, DDDs, DDC and order ratio in our hospital from 2006 to 2008. Results： Utilization of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital was basically rational. Consumption sum and DDDs were fluctuant. The top 5 of hypoglycemic drugs in terms of both sales amount and DDDs were acarbose, rosiglitazone, gliquidone, glimepiride and dimethyldiguanide. The decreasing of medical cost and the monitoring of rational use of oral hypoglycemics should be paid more attention. Conclusion： The effective control of blood glucose and improvement in quality of life in the diabetic patients will benefit from economical and rational use of oral hypoglycemic drugs.
