摘    要:
本文介绍一种简易二氧化碳通气反应测量方法。测量装置由面罩、通气量表和3L呼吸囊组成。呼吸囊内充入2.5L纯氧,让病人紧闭式重复吸入。随着囊内CO2浓度的增高,潮气量和分钟通气量增加。测量3min。31例心肺功能正常病人的测量结果表明分钟通气量、平均潮气量、呼吸频率与重复吸入时间的相关系数分别为0.792、0.797和0.391。14例静注氟芬合剂前后的测量结果表明用药后二氧化碳通气反应明显低于用药前。该测量方法结构简单,使用方便,结果可靠,适用于手术室内、外测量。

Abstract:
A simple device including face mask, respiratory bag and tidal volume monitor for measuring respiratory response to CO 2 (CO 2 MV)was designed. The tidal volume (TV), respiratory rate (RR) and minute volume (MV) were measured for 3 minutes during rebreathing closely with oxygen in the bag (2 5L).The results measured in 31 patients show that the correlation coefficient(r) between MV and rebreathing time (T) was 0 792, r between TV and T was 0 797,r between RR and T was 0 391,while r between PetCO 2 and T was 0 792.CO 2 MV was decreased significantly when fentanyl and droperidol were given iv. It is concluded that the device is a simple, useful and reliable for measuring CO 2 MV.
