后补玉米浆提高青霉素发酵水平

摘    要:
对后补玉米浆提高青霉素发酵水平的工艺进行实验。结果表明,用5m^3自动发酵罐,采用半连续发酵,从60小时到180小时之间每天补入玉米浆0.2m^3,发酵单位平均提高2400μ/ml。体积增加1m^3,提高率为9.1%。

Abstract:
It is tried to increase the fermentation level by feeding CSL(corn steep liquid)dur- ing penicillin fermentation.In 5 m~3 scale semi-continuous fermentation,CSL is fed by 200L per 24 hours from log60 to logl80.Following this process,the average activity of fermentation is in- creased 2400u/ml,and the final volume is increased 1000L.The fermentation yield is increased about 9.1%.
