| 摘 要： | 采用紫外分光光度法测定由党参、甘草、白芍、山楂、陈皮及元胡等组成的方剂中黄酮含量。实验证明该法简便可行，结果准确可靠，平均含量为３．０９ｍｇ／ｇ，回收率为９９．６０％，ＣＶ＝１．２８％，重现性好。可用于中药制剂中黄酮含量的测定。

| Abstract: | Abstract The contents of total flavone in the preparation composed of pilose asiabell root, licorice root, white paeony root, liquorice, tangerine peel and thorowax root was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry as compared with routine.
