| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿托伐他汀对急性心肌梗死患者血清一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)水平的影响。方法急性心肌梗死患者分为两组,治疗组入院后予阿托伐他汀10mg QN,对照组予常规治疗。治疗前及治疗后2周测定血清NO及NOS含量水平。结果阿托伐他汀可以提高急性心肌梗死患者血清NO及NOS水平。结论阿托伐他汀通过诱导血管内皮细胞分泌NO,保护血管内皮功能,对急性心肌梗死的治疗具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investgate the influence of atorvastatin on serum nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase in patiens with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 82 cases of acute myocardial infarction were randomized into 2 groups,therapy group(n=41) and control group(n=41).Patients of therapy group were given atorvastatin 10mg/d at night.Serum level of NO and NOS were measured after 2 weeks.Results Compare with those before treatment,the serum levels of NO and NOS were increased significantly after treatment in therapy group(P<0.05).There was no significant change in control group.Conclusion Atorvastatin induces endothelium to secret NO.Treatment of atorvastatin protect endothelial function. |
