和谐社会思想在医患关系管理中的思考

现在我国跟发达国家相比，卫生资源相对匮乏，同时也面临巨大的发展机会。处理好医疗卫生工作中的医患关系是和谐社会的需要，因此，我们应关注于改善这个复杂的管理系统：首先分析医护对象的需求并引入专职社会工作者；其次关心医护工作者以便他们能心情愉悦地与医护对象相处；再者系统地改善医护环节尤其推广应用网络技术及其他高科技技术；最后，从长远观点来看，在国家医疗卫生保健制度逐步完善的过程中引入全科医生，构建和谐的医患关系。

Thinking of Harmonious Society Ideas in Management of Relationship between Doctor and Patient

At present,compared with the developed countries,health resources are relatively deficient in China.At the same time,China is also facing huge chances of development.Dealing with well relationship between doctor and patient is necessary for harmonious society.Hence,we should pay attention to this complicated management system.Firstly,it should analyze patients' demands and introduce social workers.Secondly,it should care health workers and make them happily communicate with patients.Thirdly,it should systematically improve links of doctor and nurse,especially applying network technology and other high technology.Lastly,from the point of view of long-term,during perfecting national health care system,it should introduce general practitioner to construct harmonious relationship between doctor and patient.
