雷米普利对原发性高血压患者心率变异性的影响

目的：评价雷米普利（ramipril)对原发性高血压患者心率变异性的影响。方法：采用24h动态心电图对正常对照组（健康查体者100例）、原发性高血压组（100例）服雷米普利前后心率变异性指标的变化进行分析。结果：原发性高血压组与正常对照组相比，全部正常窦性心搏间期标准差（SDNN）、RR间期平均值的标准差（SDANN）、总功率（TP）、低频功率（LF）、高频功率（HF）和低频功率／高频功率（LF／HF）值均显著异常，经雷米普利治疗后血压下降同时心率变异性各项指标均显著改善。结论：雷米普利可改善原发性高血压患者的心率变异性。

Effects of Ramipril on Heart Rate Variability of Essential Hypertensive Patients

To evaluate the effect of Ramipril on heart rate variability of essential hypertensive patients. Methods: The data of heart rate variability were analyzed in 100 healthy subjects and 100 patients with hypertension before and after using Ramipril by 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiographic recordings. Results: The data of heart rate variability, such as standard deviation of normal-to-normal intervals (SDNN), standard deviation of the mean of RR intervals for each 5 min period of the 24 hour ambulatory electrocardiographic recordings (SDANN), total frequency low frequency and high frequency in hypertensive patients were significantly abnormal compared that in control. After treatment of Ramipril, in addition to lowering the blood pressure, the heart rate variability were significantly improved. Conclusions: Ramipril can improve the heart rate variability of essential hypertensive patients.
