| 摘 要： | 报告慢性鼻炎366例治疗的结果。随机分成两组，实验组用辛藜滴鼻剂治疗316例，痊愈102例，总有效率90．2％，对照组用呋麻液滴鼻剂治疗50例，痊愈4例，总有效率40．0％，两组疗效有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。本文提示辛藜滴鼻剂治疗慢性鼻炎具有疗效好、安全、副作用少等优点。

| Abstract: | The results of the treatment in 366 cases of chronic rhinitis were presented. Those cases wererandomly divided into two group,one experimental group with naristillae of magnolia liliforn et veratrumnigrum (NMV 316cases)and another contrast group with naristillae of ephedrini et furacilini (NEF 50cases )The results showed 102 cases out of 316 with NMV cured after one or two courses of treatment andefficacious rate was 90. 2%,but only 4 cases out of 50 with NEF had the same effect and the rate was 40. 0%,There was a therapeutic remarkable significance (P<0. 01) between two groups. It is suggested by our trialtbat treatment of chronic rhinitis with NMV be more effective. safer and less adverse than that with NEF. |
