p53蛋白在肺癌的表达及临床意义

目的　研究 p5 3蛋白在肺癌的表达情况及临床意义。方法　应用 SABC免疫组化技术 ,研究 6 9例各型肺癌组织 p5 3蛋白表达。结果　p5 3蛋白表达的总阳性率为 5 9.4% ,其中鳞癌5 6 .7% ,腺癌 73.7% ,小细胞癌 6 1.5 % ,大细胞癌 40 %。支气管粘膜上皮异型增生和鳞癌有相同的p5 3蛋白表达 ,而正常组织细胞中未见 p5 3蛋白表达。结论　提示 p5 3蛋白表达可能是支气管粘膜上皮密变的早期改变 ,p5 3蛋白是肺癌细胞的重要标志物。

Clinical Significance of p53 Expression in Human Lung Carcinomas

Objective:To study the clinical significance of p53 protein expression in lung carcinomas.Methods:With the SABC immunohistochemical technique analysis of p53 protein expression in 69 lung carcinomas from all histological types.were performed Results:The results showed that total positive rate was 59.4%,squamous cell carcinoma 56.7%,adenocarcinoma 73.7%,small and large cell carcinoma showed p53 protein were 61.5% and 40% respectively.Squamous cell carcinoma expression was like epithelial dysplasia of bronchial,but no p53 protein expression was observed in normal lung tissue.Conclusion:These p53 protein expression is an early change in the development of squamous cell canceration of lung and findings indicate that p53 protein may be a good marker of lung carcinomas.
