| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。方法：用FEP-BY01型高强度聚焦超声肿瘤治疗机临床治疗原发性肝癌38例，分析其治疗方法和疗效。结果：38例中，有效24例（63.2%)。无效14例（36.8%)，并发症极少。结论：HIFU是一种对原发性肝癌有效。安全可行的辅助治疗新手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) treatment for primary liver cancer(PLC).Methods:With FEP BY01 pyrotherapier,38 patients with PLC were treated and the method and effect were analyzed.Results:Among 38 cases,good effect occurred in 24(63 2%) and no effect in 14(36 8%).There was very little complication in all patients.Conclusion:As a new treatment technique,HIFU is useful and safe for PLC. |
