| 摘 要： | 分化型甲状腺癌是最常见的甲状腺恶性肿瘤,包括乳头状癌和滤泡状癌,早期无特异性表现,诊断需结合病史、体格检查、影像学检查,但穿刺细胞学检查是术前确诊的重要依据。治疗方法有手术治疗、放射治疗和内分泌治疗。手术治疗是最佳方法,但切除范围和是否常规行颈淋巴结清扫尚存争议。

| Abstract: | Differentiated thyroid carcinoma is the most common thyriod malignant tumor,including papillary thyroid carcinoma and follicular thyroid carcinoma.There is no special clinical manifestation in earlier period of these thyroid cancer.Its diagnosis depends on case history,medical examination and imaging examination,but fine needle acupuncture cytological examination is the important reference for definite diagnosis before operation.The therapeutic methods for differentiated thyroid carcinoma include surgery,ra... |
