| 摘 要： | 继1978年初步研究观察到蜜环菌有降低天麻种子发芽率的现象后,又研究证实蜜环菌主要对种子萌发初期起抑制作用。将具有蜜环菌代谢产物的无菌滤液加入培养基播种证明,蜜环菌的代谢产物对天麻种子发芽有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | In 1978 Armillaria mellea was preliminarily observed to reduce the germination of the seeds of Gastrodia elata. It was recently confirmed that Armillaria mellea had an inhibitory effect on the early stage of seed germination of Gastrodia elata. An aseptic filtrate wilh the metabolic products of Armillaria mellea was added the medium, upon which the seeds were sown. The experiment showed that the metabolites acted as inhibitors in the process of seed germination of Gastrodia elata. |
