| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑源性神经营养因子（brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF）及其受体酪氨酸激酶B（tyrosine kinase B,TrkB）与涎腺腺样囊性癌（salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma,SACC）的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学链亲和素法分析45例SACC中BDNF和TrkB的表达,并统计分析表达结果与SACC病理学分型、临床分期、远处转移和神经侵犯之间的关系。结果：SACC中BDNF和TrkB的表达率分别为84.4%和88.9%,且与SACC的临床分期、远处转移关系密切（P〈0.05-P〈0.01）;TrkB的表达还与神经浸润密切相关（P〈0.01）。结论：BDNF和TrkB能促进SACC的发生、发展及远处转移,可作为指标来预测SACC的远处转移和神经浸润。
