| 摘 要： | 分析了84例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者的解剖特点及病理生理变化,针对OSAS患者全身麻醉的风险,总结了麻醉期间的护理配合经验,护理配合重点包括:充分了解和评估患者情况,妥善准备必须的物品和药品,密切关注和配合麻醉操作步骤,及时发现和处理患者的异常情况. |

| Abstract: | Through analysis of the anatomic and physiological characteristics and the pathophysiological changes of 84 obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) patients,the risks and key points of nursing care during general anesthesia were summarized,such as careful assessment of the patient situation,preparations of first aid materials and drugs,close observation and cooperation with the procedure of anesthesia,timely detecting and dealing with the abnormal changes during anesthesia. |
