摘    要:近年来器官纤维化机制的研究热点集中在细胞外基质(ECM)降解过程及其发生机制上。纤溶酶原激活物及其抑制物1(PAI-1)是参与调节ECM代谢的关键酶系,PAI-1的异常表达在器官纤维化的进展过程中起重要作用。现对PAl-1生物学特性以及它和肾纤维化、肺纤维化、肝纤维化、心脏纤维化的关系的研究进展予以综述,为器官纤维化的诊治提供参考。

Abstract:At present the research on organic fibrosis mainly focuses on the degradation of extracellular matrix and its mechanisms.The system of plasminogen activator and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 is a key enzyme system involved in adjusting the metabolism of extracellular matrix.The abnormal expression of PAI-1 plays an important role in organic fibrosis.In this review,the characteristics of PAI-1 and the association with organic fibrosis,such as renal fibrosis,pulmonary fibrosis,hepatic fibrosis and cardiac fibrosis were summarized to direct the diagnosis and therapy of organic fibrosis.
