多发性骨髓瘤血栓形成机制的研究现状

多发性骨髓瘤（multiple myeloma,MM）是一种浆细胞异常增生的恶性肿瘤。MM患者血栓栓塞事件发生率明显高于其他实体瘤,且血栓的发展影响患者预后及远期生存率。MM患者血栓的形成原因除了包括疾病本身的合并症、瘤细胞因素,相关治疗药物也是一个重要的因素。因此了解骨髓瘤患者血栓形成相关机制及预防非常重要。

Present status of studies on mechanism of thrombosis in multiple myeloma

Multiple myeloma（ MM） is a malignant tumor with abnormal proliferation of plasma cells. Individuals with MM have a higher risk of thrombosis than other solid tumors,and the development of thrombosis would impact the prognosis and long-term survival.The chemotherapy played an important role in thrombosis in MM except for the complications of the disease itself and the factors of tumor cells. Therefore,it is very important to understand the mechanisms and prevention of thrombosis in MM.
