摘    要:
目的:比较Dyract复合体和光固化TPH树脂修复楔状缺损的临床效果。方法:将192颗楔状缺损患牙随机分为2组。分别用Dyract复合体和光固化TPH树脂修复,参考USPHS评价系统对修复后的近、远期效果进行分析比较。结果:Dyract复合体和光固化TPH树脂1~2年的各项临床指标满意率无明显差异;3~4年Dyract复合体组除色泽协调性与光固化TPH树脂差异无统计学意义外,其余各项临床指标满意率均大于光固化TPH树脂,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:Dyract复合体修复楔状缺损临床疗效明显优于光固化TPH树脂,是一种较为理想的楔缺充填材料。

Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of compomer Dyract and Spectrum TPH used for restoring dental wedge-shaped defect. Methods:One hundred and ninty two teeth with wedge-shaped defect were divided into two groups randomly and then restored with Dyract or TPH. The effects of all the fillings were evaluated according to USPHS criterion. Results: The satisfactive rate at 1-2-year were no significant difference between Dyract and TPH . The satisfactive rate of Dyract filling was higher than that of TPH at 3-4-year except colourative coordination. Conclusions: Clinical effect of Dyract filling is better than that of TPH in restoring wedge-shaped defect. Dyract is an ideal material for restoration.
