摘    要:介绍了激光功率计量器具自动检定系统的组成和工作原理,给出了实时监测和直接测量两种检定方法及其流程图,并对检定结果的测量不确定度进行了评定。实验得到该系统的数据采集不确定度为0.2%,数据处理不确定度为0.01%,检定结果的测量不确定度为2.0%。

Abstract:In this paper,the constitution and operation principle of an automatic system for laser power meter cali-bration are presented.Two kinds of calibration methods,direct measure and realtime monitoring,and their flow dia-grams are introduced.The measurement uncertainty is also evaluated.Our experiment indicates that the measurement uncertainty caused by data collecting and processing are respectively0.2%and0.01%,and that the expanded uncer-tainty is2.0%.
