Clinical Efficacy of Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Capsules and Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis and Its Effects on Clinical Symptoms and Life Quality

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules and Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets in the treatment of reflux esophagitis and its effects on clinical symptoms and life quality.METHODS:Totally 92 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted into this hospital from Sept.2019 to Sept.2020 were divided into two groups via the random number table.The control group(46 cases)was treated with Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules and Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets,while the observation group(46 cases)was given modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction based on the control group,both groups were continuously treated for 8 weeks.Changes of gastrointestinal hormone levels,oxidative stress indicators of esophageal mucosal tissue,TCM syndrome integrals and scores of life quality before and after 8 weeks of treatment in the two groups were observed,the clinical efficacy and incidences of adverse drug reactions were analyzed.RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.65%(44/46),which was higher than that of the control group(80.43%,37/46),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum motilin,gastrin and total superoxide dismutase of esophageal mucosal tissue in both groups were increased,the general score of short form 36 health survey,physical health score and mental health score were increased,the nitric oxide and malondialdehyde levels of esophageal mucosal tissue were decreased,various TCM syndrome integrals(chest distension,heat burn,hiccup singultation and emotion depression)were decreased;the above indicators and scores were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidences of adverse drug reactions of observation group and control group were respectively 10.87%(5/46)and 8.70%(4/46),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The clinical efficacy of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules and Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets in the treatment of reflux esophagitis is remarkable,which can effectively relieve various clinical symptoms,improve gastrointestinal hormone levels oxidative stress of esophageal mucosal tissue,promote patients’life quality,with few adverse drug reactions.
