康复护理在神经内科女性脑卒中患者中的应用效果

目的分析针对神经内科女性脑卒中患者实施康复护理的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院收治的87例女性脑卒中患者进行回顾性分析,按护理模式分为A组(43例,康复护理)与B组(44例,神经内科常规护理),比较两组睡眠质量、功能状态、满意度。结果A组睡眠质量总评分[(6.54±1.29)分]低于B组[(10.29±1.34)分],日常活动能力、神经功能优于B组,总满意度[93.02%(40/43)]高于B组[70.45%(31/44)],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用康复护理模式对神经内科女性脑卒中患者进行干预,可改善睡眠质量,提升神经、运动功能,满意度较高,应用效果显著。

Application effect of rehabilitation nursing in female stroke patients in neurology department

Objective To analyze the application effect of rehabilitation nursing for female stroke patients in neurology department.Methods A total of 87 female patients with stroke in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected for retrospective analysis and divided into group A(43 cases,rehabilitation nursing)and group B(44 cases,routine nursing of neurology department)according to the nursing mode.Sleep quality,functional status and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total sleep quality score of group A([6.54±1.29]points)was lower than that of group B([10.29±1.34]points),the daily activity ability and neurological function were better than those of group B,and the total satisfaction was 93.02%(40/43),higher than that of group B accounting for 70.45%(31/44),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing mode for the intervention of female stroke patients in neurology department can improve sleep quality,improve nerve and motor function,with high satisfaction and significant application effect.
