某疾控机构2011—2020届研究生就业情况分析

目的 通过分析近十年中国疾病预防控制中心某直属事业单位（以下简称“某疾控机构”）研究生毕业、就业情况、留京情况等，了解近十年某疾控机构毕业、就业的特点和现状，为今后的人才培养和就业指导提供依据。方法 本研究利用某疾控机构2011—2020届研究生毕业生就业台账数据，采用SPSS统计学软件对数据进行分析，分析毕业研究生的毕业及就业情况。结果某疾控机构2011—2020十年间多个专业共有167名研究生毕业，其中博士69和硕士98名。博士生中定向培养学生与非定向培养学生人数比较无显著性差异，延期毕业学生均为博士毕业研究生，其中定向培养学生延期人数显著高于定向培养学生延期人数。十年间毕业学生就业率为100%，继续深造学生占毕业生总数的5.84%，事业单位仍是毕业生主要就业方向，占毕业生去向的62.02%，但近几年就业去向有所变化，国有企业及其它类型企业就业人数有所增长。博士毕业生离京就业有所变化。结论 需要进一步加强学生培养管理工作，同时依据毕业生就业意向、行业发展现状等状况，对毕业生进行个性化的指导和服务。

The Analysis on Employment of a Center for Disease Control and Prevention From 2011 to 2020

Objective Analyzing the graduate and employment of an institution in the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in the past ten years.To understand the characteristics and current situation of graduation and employment,then provide the basis for future talent training and employment guidance.Methods The employment accounting data of graduate students from 2011 to 2020 be use to analyze the graduation and employment of graduate students by SPSS.Results A total of 167 students graduated from 2011 to 2020,including 69 PhDs and 98 Masters,with an employment rate of 100 percent.There was no significant difference in the number of directional PhDs and non-directional PhDs.Postponed graduates are all doctoral graduate students,and the postponed graduation of directional PhD is significantly higher than that of non-directional PhD.The students who continue to study accounted for 5.84 %.Institutions are still the main employment direction of graduates,accounting for 62.02%,but the employment direction has changed in recent years.State-owned enterprises and other types of enterprise employment has increased.The employment intention of doctoral graduates in Beijing has changed.Conclusion It is necessary to further strengthen the management of students and provide personalized guidance and services for graduates according to their employment intention and industry development status.
