中等职业学校护理专业学生择业效能感研究

摘    要:目的探讨中等职业学校护理专业学生的择业效能感差异,为学校的就业指导提供依据。方法运用择业效能感问卷,对成都市某中等职业学校315名护理专业学生进行调查。结果中等职业学校的护生择业效能感水平较低。在择业效能感总分、信息收集、自我评价、制定计划、目标筛选及问题解决等方面,城镇生源地护生得分均高于农村生源地护生(P〈0.05),一、二年级护生均高于三年级护生(P〈0.05)。在择业效能感总分、信息收集及制定计划方面,男生得分均高于女生(P〈0.05)。结论中等职业学校应针对不同生源地、性别、年级的护生的差异,进行有针对性的就业指导。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the differences of job selection efficacy among nursing students in the secondary vocational school in order to provide a reference for employment guidance. Methods Three hundred and fifteen nursing students were investigated with Job Selection Efficacy Questionnaire. Results The job selection efficacy of the secondary vocational school was low. Of the job selection efficacy aggregate score, scores of information gathering, self-assessment, plans making, target extraction and problem solving in the urban nursing students were higher than that in the rural nursing students (P 〈 0.05). The nursing students of first and second grade scored higher than the nursing students of third grade(P 〈 0. 05). Moreover, of the job selection efficacy aggregate score, scores of information gathering and plan making, boys were higher than girls (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The secondary vocational school should promote the corresponding employment instructions for nursing students from different native places, in different gander and of different grades.
