| 摘 要： | 本文对具有2次CT资料以上的51例颅脑外伤患者进行了分析，结果表明，有近40％的患者初次CT检查结果与复查结果不完全相符，故本文提出CT检查的最佳时间一是受伤后10小时或是开颅术后，并认为复查CT是必要的，本文结果认为，脑挫裂伤病灶的恢复与颅内压高低有着密切关系。 |

| Abstract: | These CT images of brain comtusion were analyzed in 51 patients scarmed at least 2 times. About 40% initial CT diagnosis were no complet sameness with repeat CT scanning diagnosis late. A better CT scanning time was recommended, it is about 10 hours postinjury or after craniectomy. Also, we believed that the repeat CT scanning was necessary after cerebral contusion.This article showed that traumatic recovery correlated positive with intracranial pressure (ICP). |
