| 摘 要： | 本文详细分析了49例经病理证实的卵巢肿瘤的CT表现，非赘生性囊肿和囊腺瘤的特征为边界清晰的囊性肿物，壁与间隔薄且规则。CT可识别囊内新近出血。肿物内含有脂肪成份，囊壁隆起的实性结节处见有结节状钙化或牙齿是囊性畸胎瘤定性诊断的特征性表现。恶性囊性肿瘤的重要特征为囊壁与间隔不规则增厚，其内明显的乳头状或不规则实性软组织成份。肿物的大小对判断良恶性肿瘤意义不大。对腹膜种植转移也进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | A detailed analysis of the CT findings in 49 cases of pathologically verified ovarian tumors were presented.Nonneoplastic cysts and cystadenomas were characterized by CT as thin-wall cystic lesions. The wall and septa of the tumors were thin and regular. Endocysticreant hemorrbage could be detected. Specific CT characteristics of cystic teratomas were fatty mass and globular calcification or tooth in the solid protuberance into the cavity. Important characterisics of cystic malignant tumors were as follows: The wall and septa of tumors were thick and irregular. Papillary projections or irregular solid portions in the cystic tumors were detected.Size of tumor was not important for difference in malignant and benign tumors. Peritoned implants form ovarin tumors were discussed. |
