| 摘 要： | 本文对我院135例鼻咽癌患者CT扫描进行分析，着重分析、比较其两种扫描方法，前89例病例采用平扫，后46例病例采用直接增强薄层扫描。结果表明：135例鼻咽癌患者CT显示原发肿块130例，5例未见异常而活俭为鼻咽癌。采用直接增强薄层CT扫描的鼻咽癌患者从肿大的淋巴结的显示、颈部血管的显示以及颅底骨质结构的显示来看均优于平扫。

| Abstract: | CT findings in 135 Patients with biopsy-proved nasopharyngeal carcinoma were reviewedwith particular reference to estimate the two different examination methods. 89cases underwent plain CTscan, the others underwent thin slice CT with contrast enhancement. The results show that CT could demon-strate primary lesions of 130 out of 135 patients. On the view of demonstrating enlarged lymph nodes. carotidvessells or bone of the skull, thin slice scan with contrast enhancement is superior to conventional CT scantechnique. |
