精神科护士心身症状及其压力应对方式调查

目的探讨心身症状及其应对方式对精神科护士的影响。方法对148名护士进行症状自评量表、生活事件量表、压力应对方式问卷等测试,探讨群体特征、应对方式及生活事件对精神科护士的影响。结果高年资护士存在轻微的心理问题,心身症状主要在饮食睡眠、焦虑、抑郁、躯体化方面表现明显。结论精神科护士各年龄段经历的生活事件、自身症状的影响不同,医院应给予重视,提供良好的生活、工作环境,关爱护士身心健康,使其保持良好的心态,提高工作效率。

The investigation of the mind and body symptom and the pressure of the nurses in neurology department

Objective The goal is to discuss the mind and body symptom and their pressures of the nurses from neurology department and the responsible mehtod. Methods Select 148 nurses to carry on the questionnaires about self--comment symptom （SCL90） ,life （LES） ,and the pressure to explore the community characteristic and the influence of the events happened in the daily life on the nurses. Results The senior nurses have the slight psychological problem, the symptom of the mind and body mainly occurs at the diet, loss of sleep , anxious, despondency, and the aspect displays obviously. Conclusion Considering the various range of ages and different life experience, the leadership of the hospital shoul take great care to their health and provide them with better working condition, and show concer to their daily life. The nurses should also be encouraged to serve the patients wholehartedly and work more hard and efficiently.
