| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨因部位特殊或巨大血管瘤的治疗方法，方法：激素局部注中／或联用全身隔日口服治疗，或兼用局部硬化剂、手法切除等方法。结果：非手法基本治愈30例，占85％，待瘤体瘤小后中转行手术治愈5例，占15％，结论：激素治疗血管瘤是一种行之有效的方法，对因手术切除而带来损害或功能障碍病例也可应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:Inquiring into the methods of treating the specical parts or big haemangioma;Methods:Local hormone injection or the treatment of taking the medicine every two days all over the body or using local sclerosis resection drug and operation;Results:Curing 30 Cases generally without operation The cure rate is eighty five per cent,By transitional operation,curing 5 cases after the haemangioma becomes smaller The cure rate is fifteen per cent;Conclusion:The hormone treatment of haemangioma is effective It can also be applied in the cases appeatance damage caused by operation resction and functional blockade [ |
