| 摘 要： | 目的研究经直肠超声引导下经直肠穿刺治疗前列腺脓肿的临床价值。方法12例直肠彩超引导下用18GPTC针经直肠穿刺前列腺脓肿,将针尖置于病灶的中心,在超声实时监视下抽尽脓液,用0.5%甲硝唑溶液反复冲洗至脓液清亮后,注入适量抗生素,末次穿刺1个月后复查经直肠彩超。结果12例患者均穿刺成功,10例患者穿刺治疗一次,2例患者穿刺治疗两次。治愈率为100%。结论经直肠超声引导下经直肠穿刺治疗前列腺脓肿具有痛苦小,费用低,操作简单、方便,安全,治愈率高,无明显不良反应和并发症等优点,可作为治疗前列腺脓肿的首选方法。 |
