江西省医院卫生信息人力资源现状分析

摘    要:目的:了解江西省医院信息化部门的人力资源的现状,为加强全省医院信息化人才队伍建设,推进医院信息化发展提出建议和意见。方法:采用国家卫生统计网络直报系统卫生人力基本情况调查表和卫生机构调查表2009年年报数据进行分析。结果:设置信息化部门的医院占全省二级及以上医院的55.9%,医院信息化部门人员占医院职工总数的o.97%,平均每家医院信息化部门人数为4.o人,高级职称信息人员占5%,硕士及以上学历仅占1.2%。结论:调查结果与2005年中国医院协会信息管理专业委员会调查数据比较,江西省医院信息化机构不健全,卫生信息人力资源匮乏,学历水平偏低,专业结构不合理。

Abstract:Objective: Find out the current condition of human resource of hospital information-based section in Jiangx province. Put forward suggestions in order to strengthen information-based talent of hospital in the whole province and promote the development of hospital information. Method: Adopt a basic circumstance survey of health manpower form taken from a National Health Statistics Network and 2009 health organization data for the annual report to carry on analysis. Result: The hospital that establishes an information-based section attains 55.9% in the Level-2 hospital. While the information-based section staff only accounted for 0.97% in the hospital amounts. On the average informationbased section in each hospital are 4.0 people, senior professional titles accounting for 5%, the master and above educational background only having 1.2%. Conclusion: Comparing survey results with data that surveyed by Chinese Hospital Association Information Management Committee, find out that information-based section in hospital of Jiangxi s dysfunctional., human resources are deficient, low education level and the professional structure is unreasonable .
