| 摘 要： | 对最近几年信息技术在门诊应用情况进行全面的归纳整理，目的是介绍提高门诊服务质量的做法与经验。实践证明，创建优质高效、方便快捷的门诊运行体系，关键在于紧密结合医院实际，遵循“以病人为中心”的服务理念，充分利用信息技术手段和方法，对门诊就诊流程进行优化重组。

| Abstract: | This paper comprehensively summarizes the application about various information technology in outpatient ,and introduces some methods and experiences to improve the quality of outpatient service. It has been found that creating high quality and efficient, fast and convenient operation environment lies in the optimization and reorganization of outpatient clinical procedures by closely combining the reality of the outpatient service and following ＂patientcentered＂ service concept, and making full use of information technology. |
