| 摘 要： | 采用间接免疫荧光法(HFT)检测ANCA,用ELISA法查抗乳铁蛋白抗体(LF-ab),共检测SLE55例,其中住院病例33例,门诊病例22例。发现患者病程越长,LF-ab阳性率越高;LF-ab阴性组病人经治疗后蛋白尿、血尿均有明显减轻。提示LF-ab阴性组肾脏病变可能较轻,预后较好。

| Abstract: | Using indirect immunofluoresence test(IIFT) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), ANCA and lactoferrin were measured.55 SLE patients were studied,33 of them were in-patients, and others out-patients.They all fulfilled the 1982 American Rheumatism Association(ARA) Criteria for Classification of SLE. The result suggests that lupus nephritis of LF-ab negative patients had better response for treatment and might have better prognosis |
