| 摘 要： | 目的：总结采用隐神经营养血管逆行交腿皮瓣修复小腿远段与足部皮肤软组织缺损的临床经验。方法：1999—10～2006—05，采用隐神经营养血管逆行交腿皮瓣修复小腿中下段及足部皮肤软组织缺损6例。结果：6例皮瓣均100％成活，术区外形与功能良好。结论：在特定的条件下，隐神经营养血管逆行交腿皮瓣可以做为修复小腿中下段及足部皮肤软组织缺损的备选方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To sum up the clinical experience of repairing skin defects on the remote part of leg and foot with the reversed saphenous neurocutaneous vascular cross leg flaps.Methods: From Oct.1999 to May.2006,six cases of skin defects on the remote part of leg and feet were treated with the reversed saphenous neurocutaneous vascular cross leg flap.Results: The survival rates of flaps were 100%,and the appearance and function were satisfactory.Conclusion: On the certain condition,the reversed saphenous neurocutaneous vascular cross leg flap might be chosen to repair skin defects on the remote part of leg and foot. |
