医院医疗自助信息服务平台建设的实践与体会

近年来，随着我院基于数字化医疗自助信息服务平台建设的不断推进，自助服务已成为南京军区南京总医院践行以病人为中心、体现人性化服务理念的新模式。首先介绍了医院进行医疗自助信息服务平台建设的背景，然后从就医一卡通、自助综合查询、自助住院登记、网上医院四个方面重点论述了医院实现患者自助信息服务的实践方法，并阐述了医院建设自助信息服务平台的体会。

The Application and Experience of Construction Self-service System in Hospital

Along with the building of self-service system in our hospital, it has become a new model of enforcing the concept of patient-oriented. This paper introduced the background of the building of self-service system, discussed the practice from four aspects, which were patient card, self-inquires, self-registration and internet hospital and set forth the experience.
