基于电子病历的临床路径系统设计与实现

目的：研究与开发基于电子病历的临床路径系统（cP），以实现降低单病种平均住院目和医疗费用，达到预期诊疗标准的治疗效果。方法通过设计原则、数据流程来描述CP的系统设计：建立临床路径制定工具，路径执行、路径质控、路径统计等四个功能模块来实现临床路径系统。结论：电子病历是临床路径系统运行的前提，临床专家知识库是临床路径系统运行的基础，自我扩展功能是临床路径系统运行的有力保证。

The Design and Implementation of Clinical Pathway System Based on Electronic Medical Records
