j童支气管哮喘脱敏疗法与健康教育效果分析

目的比较脱敏疗法及健康教育在儿童支气管哮喘患者中的临床效果。方法93例研究对象均为在我院进行治疗的支气管哮喘患者，随机分为脱敏组、健康教育组和对照组，每组有3l例患者。脱敏组患者给予脱敏及维持脱敏治疗；健康教育组给予健康教育；对照组给予相应的药物治疗。比较三组患者的治疗效果及肺功能的变化程度。结果①脱敏组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），而与健康教育组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；②三组的肺功能在治疗后均有显著的改善，但是治疗后脱敏组与对照组比较改善程度显著较大（P〈0．05），与健康教育组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论对于儿童支气管患者给予脱敏疗法能够使其哮喘的复发率显著降低，使患儿的生活质量得到明显改善。

Analysis on the effect of desensitization therapy and health education of children with bronchial asthma

Objective To compare desensitization therapy and health education clinical effect in patients with bronchial asthma in children. Methods A total of 93 patients with bronchial asthma were treated in our hospital, all the study par- ticipants were randomly divided into three groups, each group had 31 patients, desensitization group was treated with de- sensitization and maintain desensitization therapy, health education group was given health education; control group was given drug treatment. We compared patient outcomes and the extent of changes in lung function of three group. Results （1）Desensitization group treatment efficiency was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, with no significant difference compared with the health education group （P 〉 0.05） ; （2）Three groups of lung function after treatment had significant improvement, but after treatment the desensitization group compared with control group, the degree of im- provement was significantly greater（P 〈 0.05）, the difference was no significant co 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with children with bronchial give desensitization rate was significantly reduced, the children＇s quality of life significantly improved.
