两种不同疝修补术对腹股沟疝患者手术效果及复发率的影响

目的对比分析无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的手术效果以及复发率情况,旨在为腹股沟疝临床手术方法的选择提供有利的参考依据。方法将2008年6月～2011年6月于我院行传统疝修补术的42例腹股沟疝患者设立为对照组,将同期行无张力疝修补术的42例腹股沟疝患者设立为观察组,比较两组的手术时间、下床活动时间、并发症发生率、术后住院时间及复发率情况。结果观察组的手术时间、下床活动时间、术后住院时间均明显短于对照组,且观察组并发症发生率及复发率也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝相比,无张力疝修补术具有操作简便、手术时间短、并发症少、复发率低等优点,值得推广和应用。

The impact on operation effect and recurrence rate of two different kinds of hernia repair in inguinal hernia patients

] Objective To compare the effect and recurrence rate of tension-free hernioplasty and traditional hernia repair for inguinal hernia operation, designed for the inguinal hernia operation method is selected to provide favorable reference. Methods From 2008 June to 2011 June in our hospital, traditional hernia repair of inguinal hernia a report of 42 cases in patients with established as control group, will be undergoing tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia a report of 42 cases in patients with established as the observation group, compared with two groups of operation time, ambulation, com- plication rate, postoperative hospitalization time and recurrence rate. Results In the observation group, the operation time, ambulation, postoperative hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group, the incidence of complications and the relapse rate in the observation group was significantly lower than in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with conventional herniorrhaphy for treatment of inguinal hernia by tension-free hernia repair, and has the advantages of simple operation, short operation time, less complications, and low relapse rate, is worthy of promotion and application.
