坎地沙坦治疗老年原发性高血压的临床观察

目的观察坎地沙坦对老年原发性高血压的疗效和安全性。方法选择60岁以上老年原发性高血压患者66例，分为治疗组（坎地沙坦组）34例，坎地沙坦（4～8）mg／d；对照组（卡托普利组）32例，卡托普利（12．5～37．5）mg／d。治疗8周，服药前后分别检测患者治疗前后不同时间的血压、心率、血糖、血钾以及肾功能，并记录服药期间可能发生的咳嗽等不良事件。结果两组总有效率分别为82．4％（28134例）和75％（24／32例），差异无统计学意义。两组治疗后血压降低幅度比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后心率、血生化等实验室指标差异无显著统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论坎地沙坦能安全、有效地治疗老年高血压。

Clinical observation of candesartan on elderly patients with essential hypertension

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of candesartan on elderly patients with hypertension. Methods All 66 elderly patients with hypertension over the age of 60 were randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases of candesar- tan group treated with candesartan 4-8 mg daily, 32 cases of captopril group treated with captopril 12.5-37.5 mg daily. They were treated for 8 weeks, the blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, serum po!assium and renal function of two groups were compared, and we recorded adverse events that might occur such as coughing during medication. Results The total efficiency were 82.4% （28/34 cases） and 75% （24/32 cases）, and there were no differences between two groups. After 8 weeks＇ treatment, the blood pressure of two groups reduced, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the laboratory indexes, such as heart rate and blood biochemistry, showed no significant differences （P 〉 0.05）. Con- clusion Candesartan can effectively and safely reduce blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients.
