小切口改良甲状腺切除术的临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨小切口改良甲状腺切除术的临床效果。方法选取2006年9月~2011年9月期间在我院进行治疗的甲状腺切除术患者264例,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取传统甲状腺切除术治疗,观察组患者采取小切口改良甲状腺切除术进行治疗,分别分析两组患者手术时间、住院时间和术中出血量、患者切口长度和满意度以及患者并发症发生率的情况。结果观察组患者手术和住院时间、切口长度和术中出血量明显低于对照组患者,满意度明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口改良甲状腺切除术是一种操作简单、方便、安全有效且利于患者皮肤美容的方法,具有显著的临床效果,值得广泛推广。

Abstract:Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of the improved small incision thyroidectomy. Methods Elected 264 cases hyroidectomy patients in our hospital from September 2006 to September 2011 ,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group was taken the traditional thyroidectomy treatment,the observation group was taken incision improved thyroidectomy treatment,analyzed the operation time of the two groups pa- tients,length of stay, and blood loss,the patients's incision length and satisfaction,as well as patients with complication rates. Results The statistical analysis found that patient surgery and hospitalization time of the observation group, the length of the incision and the blood loss was significantly lower than the control group, and patient satisfaction was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The small incision improved thyroidectomy is a simple, convenient, safe and effective and conducive method to the beauty of the skin of patients with significant clinical effect, should be popularized.
