关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨缺损临床疗效观察

目的探讨关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨缺损临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2010年10月～2012年10月期间收治的88例膝关节软骨缺损患者作为本次临床研究对象,随机将其分为研究组和对照组,每组44例。研究组采用关节镜下微骨折术治疗,对照组采用关节镜下关节清理术治疗,并分别对两组患者的膝关节HSS评分情况和临床治疗情况进行比较和分析。结果与对照组相比,研究组膝关节HSS评分在85分以上和60～85分之间的患者均明显增多,而在60分以下的患者则明显减少,差异均呈现出统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的显效率和总有效率较对照组患者均显著提升,而无效率则显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微骨折术对于膝关节软骨缺损患者关节功能的改善和临床疗效的提高均具有积极的促进作用。

Clinical efficacy of arthroscopic micro-fracture surgery in the treatment of knee cartilage defects

Objective To probe into clinical efficacy of arthroscopic micro-fracture surgery in the treatment of knee carti- lage defects. Methods Selected from October 2010 to October 2012, 88 knee cartilage defects patients in our hospital. They were randomly divided into study group and the control group, there were 44 cases in each group. The patients in study group were treated with arthroscopic mierofracture surgery. The patients in control group were treated with arthro- scopic debridement therapy. The HSS score and clinical treatment of patients in two group were compared and analysed. Results Compared with control group, the HSS score of study group were significantly increased for 85 points or more, and 60 to 85 points, and the patients with less than 60 points were reduced significantly, there were statistically significant （/9 〈 0.05）. Compared with control group, patients in study group significant efficiency and total efficiency were improved signif- icantly, and inefficiency was reduce significantly, there were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Micro-fracture surgery has a positive role in promoting to improve joint function and clinical efficacy of patients with knee cartilage defects.
