糖尿病肾病患者的健康教育效果观察

摘    要:目的观察对糖尿病肾病患者实施健康教育的效果。方法选择2010年1月~2012年1月在我院住院治疗的糖尿病肾病患者20例。对照组采取随机护理及教育,有疑问时即给予纠正或解答;干预组采取心理护理、用药指导、饮食指导、运动指导及出院指导等系统的健康教育干预措施。结果干预组10例DN患者对疾病相关知识的知晓率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者空腹血糖(mmol/L)、餐后2 h血糖(mmol/L)、血肌酐(μmol/L)、血尿素氮(mmol/L)与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过实施系统的健康教育干预措施,提高了糖尿病肾病患者对疾病的认知水平,控制血糖达到或接近正常水平,防止了低血糖和酮症酸中毒及感染等并发症的发生。

The effect of health education on patients with diabetic nephropathy

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of health education in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Twenty cases patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were divided into two groups, the control group took the random care and education ,when in doubt, given correct or answer. The intervention group took the psychological care ,medication guide ,dietary guidelines ,exercise guidance and discharged from the guidance system of health education interventions. Results The intervention group 10 cases of patients with DN awareness on the disease-re lated knowledge was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Intervention in patients with fasting plasma glucose (mmol/L), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (mmol/L), serum creatinine (μmol/L),blood urea nitrogen (mmol/L) compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0,05). Conclusion Through the implementation of systematic health education interventions to improve the cognitive level of patients with diabetic nephropathy diseases,control of blood glucose at or near normal levels,to prevent the occurrence of hypoglycemia and ketoacidosis and infection complications.
