准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术后外伤性角膜瓣移位复位术

目的：评价准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）术后角膜瓣复位术的临床疗效，探讨预防并发症的措施。方法：对14例外伤所致角膜瓣移位实施复位术，机械刮除或20％酒精破坏上皮，彻底冲洗角膜基质床，充分瓣下冲洗，准确对位角膜瓣。结果：术后随访10例恢复外伤前视力，4例较伤前低，2例有角膜不规则散光，2例发生弥漫性角膜基质炎，无上皮植入、内生等并发症发生。结论：角膜瓣及时重新复位可以良好恢复视功能，但应注意并发症的发生。

Re-position of traumatic displaced flaps after laser in situ keratomileusis

Purpose:To evaluate the clinical effect of corneal flap re-position after LASIK and to investigate the methods for complications.Methods:14 displaced corneal flaps caused by ocular trauma were re-positioned.Corneal epithelium was removed either by scraping or with 20% alcohol.Irrigation was applied on stromal bed and sub-flaps.Results[WTBZ]:10 eyes regained pre-trauma vision with 4 eyes a little worse.2 cases were found with irregular astigmatism and 2 with diffuse lamellar keratitis.No epithelial implantation or in-growth occurred.Conclusion:Proper and prompt re-position of corneal flaps can restore nearly normal vision.Attention should be paid to the complications.
