上海市某镇35～59岁村民健康体检状况

目的了解社区35～59岁农民健康状况及慢性病患病状况,为社区开展健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法整群抽取6个村委会,对自愿参加的3,329名农民进行健康体检。自行设计体检表格,指标包括血压、心率、心电图、B超、胸透以及血糖、血脂、肝功能、肾功能、尿酸等项目。结果参加体检的3329名村民中,2684名有异常,占80.6%。检出异常最高的是血脂偏高。有1571人高血脂,占47.2%;高血压789人,占23.7%;糖尿病148人,占4.5%。结论本社区35～59岁人群的身体状况不容乐观。应加强健康教育,改变村民的不健康生活方式,尤其是加强慢性病防治的知识宣传。

Analysis of Result on Health Examination in 35-59 Years Old Rural Residents in Huating Town, Jiading,Shanghai

Objective To explore the 35-59 years old farmers’ health status and the prevalence of chronic diseases in the community, to provide a scientific basis for community health education. Methods Totolly 3,329 farmers within 6 village committees voluntarily participate in health examination based on clustering sampling. Self-design questionnaire include items such as blood pressure, heart rate, ECG indices, Bultrasound, chest X-ray, blood glucose, blood lipid, liver function, renal function, uric acid, and others. Results Two thousand six hundred and eighty-four out of 3,329 enrollees had abnormal health status, accounting for 80.6%. There were 1571 of them with high blood lipids (47.2%), 789 with hypertension (23.7%), and 148 with diabetes (4.5%). Conclusion The health status of 35～59 years old resident in the local community is lower than expectation. We should strengthen the health education, to change the unhealthy life style of residents, to support the chronic disease control in the community level.
