Abstract: | This report describes multidirectional distraction osteogenesis in a patient with Crouzon syndrome. A RED system and a Hyrax expansion screw were used for lateral expansion of the maxilla. Advancement distraction osteogenesis and a Dyna Form were used for widening distraction osteogenesis of the mandible. The devices were fixed after a quadrangular osteotomy and a bimaxillary midline osteotomy. |
