| 摘 要： | 目的考察注射用炎琥宁与维生素C注射液配伍的稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法考察注射用炎琥宁与维生素C配伍后不同时间的含量变化，并观察配伍液的外观及pH值的变化。结果在室温条件下，0～6h内配伍液的外观、pH值没有明显变化，含量变化也不大。结论在6h内2种药物配伍基本稳定，外观无变化，含量合格，本实验方法简便、准确。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study on the compatible stability of Yanhuning and vitamin C. Methods The ultraviolet spectrophotometry was designed to study on the change of content after compatibility of Yanhuning and vitamin C and the change of the compatible liquid appearance and its PH was observed. Results The results showed that there was no evident variation in appearance PH and content during six hours at room temperature. Conclusion During six hours the compatibility of Yanhuning and vitamin C is stable , there is no change of the apperance , the content is up to standard, the method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry is simple and accurate. |
