| 摘 要： | 作者用PAFPG治疗消化性溃疡20例,结果19例术后恢复良好,无并发症。术后2周钡餐检查示幽门功能及残胃排空良好。经3—8月随访表明病人术后恢复良好。7例术后胃镜检查均未见胆汁返流。笔者认为本术式解决了传统胃切除后的动力学问题和避免了许多并发症,操作简单、安全、适应症广,值得深入研究。 |

| Abstract: | This paper reported 2o Cases with peptic ulcers treated by pylorus and Antroseromuscular Flap preserving Subtotal Gastrectomy (PAFPG) ·The results showed that 19 cases recovered and no Compeications Barium meal radiography in two weeks after operation indicated that the founctions of pylorus and evacution of residuae stomach were good. Rollowing-up for 3～8 months showed the cases were in good health. Seven cases wese eramed by gastroscpe and showed no regurgitation of bile. Authors sugested that the operation have resolved the dynamic disorders and prevent from some complications of Billrotli's gastrectomies. furthermore, it is safe and simple to perform, and its indications were wide. so, it is worth further stuotying |
