股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗38例股骨粗隆部骨折可行性研究

目的:研究股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆部骨折的临床效果。方法:选择73例股骨粗隆部骨折患者进行研究。按照随机数表法,随机分为试验组38例和对照组35例两组,试验组38例患者采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉方法治疗,对照组35例患者采用动力髋螺钉方法治疗。治疗后,对两组患者治疗的临床疗效及手术相关数据进行比较分析。结果:治疗后,试验组术中出血、术后引流及完全负重时间均显著少于对照组(P0.05);试验组优良率为92.1%;对照组优良率为91.4%,两组优良率比较差异无统计学差异(χ2=0.0111,P=0.9162)。结论:采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆部骨折,效果良好,出血少,完全负重时间较早,值得临床推广应用。

the feasibility study of proximal femoral nail antirotation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture

Objective To study clinical results of proximal femoral nail antirotation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 73 cases of intertrochanteric fracture patients from February 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital were studied.They were ran-domly divided into experimental group and control group,the test group of 38 patients were treated with proximal femoral nail antirota-tion and control group of 35 patients were treated with dynamic hip screw.Result After treatment,the clinical efficacy and surgery-related data in two groups of patients were compared.After treatments,time with the control group;experimental group blood loss, postoperative drainage and full weight bearing time were significantly less than the control group （P〈0. 05 ）;excellent test group was 92. 1%;good rate of 91. 4% in the control group,there were no differences between the two groups was statistically superior rate （χ^2=0. 0111,P =0. 9162）.Conclusion proximal femoral nail antirotation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture,makes good effect,less bleeding,full weight bearing time earlier,it’s worthy of clinical application.
