| 脾虚证计量诊断的探讨 | |

| 摘 要： | 本文收集了128例病人(包括脾虚和非脾虚)的临床资料,通过计数资料的判别分析,从四诊的角度研究脾虚证的计量诊断,建立了“脾虚证诊断计分表”。经初步检验,该表具有较好的诊断效果,诊断的总符合率为90.6％。作者认为,计量诊断是中医“证”诊断标准化的一条重要途径。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the clinical data of 128 cases including patients with spleen-asthenia and patients without spleen asthenia, were collected. By discriminatory analysis of enumeration data, the quantitative diagnosis for spleen-asthenia syndrome was studied from the point of view of four methods of examination. As a result, the DIAGNOSTIC SCORE TABLE OF SPLEENASTHENIA SYNDROME was established. This table provides the standards or the diagnosis of spleen-asthenia patients, the conformable rate being 90.6%. The author suggests that the quantitative diagnosis be an important way for the standardization of zheng-differentiation. |
