翠屏区孕产妇死亡原因分析与干预对策

目的：通过对辖区内近5年的孕产妇死亡原因分析，探讨降低孕产妇死亡率的干预措施。方法：采取回顾性调查方法，对11例孕产妇死亡病例进行相关分析。结果：翠屏区孕产妇死亡率下降不理想且不稳定，其前三位死亡原因依次是：产科出血、妊娠期高血压疾病、妊娠合并症。死因与经济收入、文化程度、医疗保健机构、生育等因素有关。结论：应高度重视产科规范化建设，提高助产机构和人员的素质，加强高危妊娠的管理，加强健康宣传和健康促进，对农村及贫困孕产妇提高补助资金，提高住院分娩率。

Analyzing the Cause of Maternal Death in Cuiping District and Its Countermeasures

Objectives： To analyze the cause of maternal death in Cuiping district in the recent five years and explore the intervention on reducing the maternal mortality. Methods： 11 cases of dead pregnant and lying - in women were retrospectively analyzed. Resalts： The decrease of maternal mortality was not stable, the priori cause was obstetric haemorrhage, next was gestation hypertension disease and the third, gestation combination symptom. The death was mainly related to income, culture degree, condition of medical care institution and procreation. Conclusions： The construction of standard obstetric section should be highly valued. The consciousness and quality of deliver section and staffs, management of high risk pregnancy, and health education and health promotion should be improved. In addition, it should also be very important to enhance the fund assistance for country and depressed area and improve delivery rate in hospital.
