| Abstract: | We report a 35-year-old man with an impacted denture resulting in tracheo-esophageal fistula. In view of significant local fibrosis and esophageal stenosis distal to the fistula, he was managed by subtotal esophagectomy and cervical esophagogastric anastomosis. |
